Your EBA will:
- Search and present online listings of homes that match your search criteria
- Take you on tours to all properties of interest
- Run a Comparative Market Analysis on all home of interest to you to determine if they are priced correctly
- Type up and submit all offers
- Negotiate with all seller's agents to get you the best price
- Coordinate the activities of the lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Be present at closing to ensure all goes smoothly
- Present you with your closing gift!!!
Fees:
- You EBA's fees are covered by the standard commission structure negotiated by the listing agent, so in effect your EBA's services are free to you
